Our website provides information about our apartments and services. It also enables you to submit inquiries about available apartments. In accordance with Section 1 (3) No. 5 in conjunction with Section 2 No. 26 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG), this constitutes an electronic commerce service within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2019/882 and its national implementing legislation.

When designing and developing our website, we place great emphasis on accessibility. We follow recognized standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the German Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).

Competent Market Surveillance Authority

The German federal states are currently establishing a joint authority responsible for enforcing the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

The Market Surveillance Authority of the Federal States for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF) officially commenced operations on 28 June 2025 in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt, as a newly established public institution. Its full establishment is subject to the ratification of the interstate treaty governing its responsibilities by all German federal states. The required legal procedures are currently being completed.

Conciliation Body and Dispute Resolution Procedure

The Federal Government Commissioner for Matters Relating to Persons with Disabilities provides a conciliation body that assists in resolving disputes between people with disabilities and private-sector businesses.

You may contact the conciliation body if you are not satisfied with the response you receive through the contact options listed above. The purpose of the conciliation procedure is not to determine winners or losers, but to find an amicable, out-of-court solution to accessibility-related issues.

The conciliation procedure is free of charge, and you do not need legal representation.
